I just received my 12 mm bracelets and they are smaller than what i thought being 12 mm. The Circumference says 6.75 inches but when I measured its only 2 inches on inside from bead to bead. Customer service was very kind told me to return for added beads. I like the quality of the bracelet I just wish they came bigger for bigger risk.
Hi Duane, yes the inner circumference is 6.75 inches, the measurement you're referring to would be the inner diameter. The 12mm beads are so large that they reduce the size of the bracelet. We're happy to help you with modifying it to your wrist size.
