We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all Crucible Jewelry Los Angeles items purchased through www.crucible.la. We will accept items in original condition within 30 days. Your product refund will be credited to your original payment method once we process your return.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please contact customer service with your order number and items to be returned at help@crucible.la.
We will provide a shipping label to return items purchased within 30 days.
Returns after 30 days must be paid by the customer.
To start an exchange please contact customer service at help@crucible.la and provide the order number. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for the package.
WARRANTY
Our quality is among the highest in the industry and we offer a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE on all items.
The guarantee covers the following and more:
- Broken string or elastic
- Cracked beads
- Damaged lock or closure
- Discolored or faded plating
Warranty claims are subject to a $10 processing fee plus $5.99 for economy shipping or $11.99 for express shipping.
Items that break within 30 days of receipt are considered DEFECTIVE and will be replaced without processing or shipping fees. Contact customer support with photos of the defective item to process claims.
