Can I change or cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too!
If you want to cancel or alter your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at (424)285-5137 and provide the order number.
If the order has been fulfilled, we cannot cancel the order. Contact us at email@example.com and we will start the return or exchange process.
How to I add personalization?
Select items are engravable. To customize your item with engraving add both the item you want engraved and this engraving service to your shopping cart.
You will be able to select your layout options and include your message.
Our team will reach out to you with a mockup of your design for approval before we proceed.
Please note, personalized items take an additional 3-5 days processing, if you need your item urgently please contact customer service.
We use FedEx and USPS for shipments. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that the order has been received your order.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We offer 3 shipping speeds, which are:
- Economy - USPS Ground Advantage - delivery time frame 7- 10 business days
- Standard - USPS Priority - delivery time frame 1-4 business days
- Express - FedEx 2Day - delivery time frame 2 business days

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
International shipping is a flat rate shipping.
Duties and taxes charged in your country are not included in your order price and you may need to pay taxes to receive your jewelry.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I request a return label for a return or exchange?
Please contact customer service with your order number and items to be returned at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will provide a shipping label to return items purchased within 30 days.
Returns after 30 days must be paid by the customer.
How do I request an exchange?
To start an exchange please contact customer service at email@example.com and provide the order number. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for the package.
Do I have to return the free gift with purchase if I return my order?
If you receive a free gift with purchase during a sale or promotion and decide to return your order, you will need to return the free gift WITH purchase to ensure a full refund.
If you are exchanging for a different size or color you do not need to return the free gift with purchase.
Failure to return the gift with purchase means the value of the gift will be withheld from the refund amount.
Warranty & Product Care
What is your warranty policy?
Our quality is among the highest in the industry and we offer a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE on all items.
The guarantee covers the following and more:
- Broken string or elastic
- Cracked beads
- Damaged lock or closure
- Discolored or faded plating
Warranty claims are subject to a $10 processing fee plus $5.99 for economy shipping or $11.99 for express shipping.
Items that break within 30 days of receipt are considered DEFECTIVE and will be replaced. Contact customer support with photos of the defective item to process claims.
How do I request a warranty replacement?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item you are referring to and a description of the issue. Please attach photos showing the issue if relevant.
Is your jewelry sweatproof?
Yes, our jewelry is sweatproof and water proof! It can be worn in the shower, the ocean or the pool. See cleaning instructions below.
Our high quality stainless steel jewelry is crafted from 316L Stainless Steel and will last a long time with proper care. We do not suggest submerging leather bracelets in water for long periods of time, and drying thoroughly if they get wet.
We recommend cleaning your jewelry regularly to ensure the best shine.
How do I clean my jewelry?
We recommend using regular soap and water to clean your stainless steel jewelry. We find that diluted dish soap works well to remove the oils that get on your jewelry from normal wear.
Leather and natural stones should be dried completely when wet, we recommend not submerging our leather bracelets if possible.
To ensure your Crucible Jewelry looks it's best for as long as possible we recommend minimizing exposure to harmful chemicals and salt water.
If you use lotions or creams they may leave a residue on the jewelry, this can usually be removed with soap and water and an old toothbrush.
The jewelry can also be cleaned professionally with an ultrasonic cleaner and solution.

Discounts and Promotions
Help! My coupon doesn't work!
If you are sent a unique discount code when signing up for SMS marketing you will be sent a code. It needs to be copied and pasted to ensure it is entered correctly.
If you are having difficulties please reach out to customer service for more help. Feel free to place your order and let us know about the problem and we can validate your coupon and issue a credit.
If your coupon does not work it could be that you are receiving a different promotion and the two discounts are not stackable.
Can I combine discount codes?
It depends. Sometimes a discount code is exclusive, meaning you cannot combine it with other discounts, and sometimes they will be allowed to combine. Typically with bigger promotions and sales those codes are not eligible to be combined with other discounts.
Can I return a mystery bracelet?
No, mystery bracelets are final sale items. They are not eligible for warranty replacements either.
