Buyer pays for return shipping. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method after we process your return.
RETURNS
We recommend shipping your return via an insured delivery method. The item should be returned in “like new” original condition.
Before you return your item, please email help@crucible.la regarding your refund. Please include your order number in the email.
For a refund, items should be returned in “like new” condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on scratched or damaged merchandise.
The customer takes care of the shipping and duties for returns.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method after we process your return.

WARRANTY

The guarantee covers the following:
- Broken string or elastic
- Cracked beads
- Damaged lock or closure
Please note that our guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration of beads and leather. This may occur due to improper use of your jewelry or chemicals/lotion used on the skin.
Warranty claims are subject to a $10 processing fee plus $7.99 for standard return shipping or $11.99 for expedited return shipping.

All orders placed before 3pm PST are shipped the same day. Typical delivery time frame is 2 days for express shipping and between 5 to 7 business days for standard shipping. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships, keep an eye out after you place your order.
We offer Economy (USPS First Class Mail), Standard (USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 3 Day) and Express (Fedex 2 Day) shipping options. If you need an item overnighted please contact customer service for a quote.
International shipping is a flat rate shipping. Duties and taxes charged in your country are not included in your order price and you may need to pay taxes to receive your jewelry.
