All orders placed before 12pm PST are shipped the same day. Typical delivery time frame is 2 business days for express shipping and between 5 to 10 business days for economy shipping. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships, keep an eye out after you place your order.
We offer Economy (USPS First Class Mail), Standard (USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 3 Day) and Express (FedEx 2 Day) shipping options. If you need an item overnighted please contact customer service for a quote.

This was a present for my wife. I ordered one then was impressed with the quality so I ordered two more. FedEx lost the second package. I reached out to customer service at crucible. Quickly I received a response from Malissa who spent two days trying to track down the package and kept me in the loop the whole time. In the end my wife was able to open her present on her birthday.
